1. Definitions

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet deposits. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. VIP members may qualify for higher deposit limits.

3.3 Deposit Processing Time

vw018 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

3.5 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vw018 reserves the right to request proof of payment source and may freeze accounts pending verification if suspicious activity is detected.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed), and you must have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions. Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier: Bronze members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction; Silver members up to Rp 100,000,000; and Gold VIP members up to Rp 200,000,000 per transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

vw018 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of 1.5% or Rp 25,000, whichever is greater.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

vw018 is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering activities will be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days). Unused bonuses will expire and be removed from your account after the expiry date.
